By using Webkoit services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Webkoit provides ready software products (e-commerce stores and car rental systems) that are customized for each client, with hosting, maintenance, and updates.
Subscription auto-renews (monthly or annual). You may cancel anytime. Invoices unpaid for 14 days may result in service suspension.
Client data (products, orders, vehicles, customers, content) remains entirely the client’s property. The core platform and Webkoit products remain Webkoit’s property.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity or to abuse infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend non-compliant accounts.
To the extent permitted by law, Webkoit is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the service.
We may update these terms periodically. We’ll notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect.
